I AM AMERICA (AND SO CAN YOU)

Plot Summary: This book does not really have a plot, you really cant predict what will happen next. This book is basically only opinions of the world coming from Stephen Colbert. In this book, he talks about The American family, Race, Religion, Sex Sports, and many other topics conveniently arranged in chapter form. This book shows that Stephen likes to think outside the box and say whats on his mind. Although some people think that Stephen is controversial and outspoken, I think that this book nails it right on the head, this book is amazing. It truly changed my life and my perspective on life.

What is the best part of the book?: In my opinion, the best part of this book is the whole book, it is a laugh out loud kind of thing. I loved it from the point when I opened it until the point that I closed that last page of perfection, Heck, even the index was well thought out and organized!
I really enjoyed the introduction of the book, It was spectacular. When you actually read the book, there are his thought in red on the side of the paragraph you just read, they are also very funny.

I would recommend this book to.: ANYONE WHO CAN READ! and if you cant read, have someone read it to you. But on the serious side I think that this book is for people who like a good laugh. This book is wonderful in so many different ways and I encourage everyone to read it. I don't like to read very much, but when I saw this book in the store, I picked it up and read this passage that Stephen had said

"I deliver my truth hot and hard. Fast and furious. So either accept it without hesitation or get out of the way, because somebody might get hurt,
and it's not going to be me."

"Think you can handle it?"

I rate this book *****

Greg Jorgensen's Book Review of The Hobbit

The Hobbit is about a shy little hobbit named Bilbo Baggins. Bilbo likes nothing more than sitting at home by the fire drinking tea.
But one day a group of adventurers come by his door and offer him something he cant refuse.
The book is good because the setting in the book is explained in great detail on every page. This adds a feel to the book like you are really there.
The only people who should not read this book are people who prefer things that are real and factual.

CRANK

Crank By Ellen Hopkins

My favorite novel is Crank. It is about a girl named Kristina who is pretty and intelligent. Later in the book she starts to call herself Bree. This is because her whole personality changes. It all starts when he goes to see her father in Albuquerque. She meets a boy named Adam who then begins to take her down all the wrong paths and she will have to fight for her life. This book is good because the author does a great job of making you feel like you are there. There is never a dull moment. This book is full of thrills and suspense. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes thrilling books. I give this book 5 stars.
